It was a broken game. If you'd like to try and fix it up, I am providing the source code (and database structure) for public use under the following license:
RPS (Rock-Paper-Scisors), or as it was more popularly known, "Elementalist", is a production of telkoth (www.telkoth.net). While RPS is protected by copyright, telkoth grants the following rights to the public: Anyone may run RPS, as-is or modified, provided that the line "(c) 2005 telkoth" appears on every page. The word "telkoth" should always be a link to http://www.telkoth.net If this is not possible (for example, in print) then the URL should be given in parentheses after the first use of the name "telkoth". For example: "telkoth (www.telkoth.net)" Anyone may redistribute RPS, as-is or modified, provided that this file (license.txt) is included, unmodified, with the distribution. The original RPS graphics (the Elementalist title, the Region Improvement graphics, etc) may *not* be used or redistributed in any form.
