Blue/Black/Control

From Telkoth.net

I've always loved blue/black... 'cause I love counterspell, and I love discard. Typically, however, sitting around and countering spells and destroying creatures is about as good of a winning strategy and gaining a bunch of life: a bad one.

In that sense, this deck is still not capable of dealing the damage once it finally has the chance. Some big black creatures would help a lot.

I recently added Toshiro Umezawa. I have not been able to test him out in-play yet, but I have high hopes, since all the bounce and card draw are instants. It remains to be seen, however, whether I will manage to kill enough creatures to make his ability worthwhile.
