This out of his mind Japanese kid made PacMan... for Excel. It's an excel document, with VisualBasic scripts (you have to tell Excel to stop being so pessimistic and allow macros to run... in Tools > Macro > Security... just be sure to set it back if you're the kind of person to open suspicious Excel documents just 'cause someone e-mailed it to you with promises of money).
